普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼疗效评价的Meta分析

摘要
目的:运用Meta分析方法系统评价近年来普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼的疗效。。方法:按Cochrane系统评价方法,计算机检索Medline、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国知网数据库,纳入2014-01-01/2018-06-01普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼的随机对照研究,使用RevMan5. 3统计软件进行资料提取与Meta分析。结果:共纳入8个随机对照研究,全部为中文文献,合计1008例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与单纯使用玻璃酸钠对比,普拉洛分联合玻璃酸钠对患者BUT、SⅠt、FL、干眼症状及总体疗效有明显改善作用,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼的疗效优于单纯使用玻璃酸钠。
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of pranoprofen combined w ith sodium hyaluronate in treatm ent of dry eye in recent years by M eta-analysis.METHODS: According to the Cochrane systematic review method, the computer searched Medline,EMbase,Cochrane Library,Wanfang database,Weipu database, China Knowledge Network database, and included in the randomized controlled study of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye in 2014-2018,RevMan5.3 statistical software for data extraction and Meta-analysis.RESULTS: A total of 8 randomized controlled trials,all in Chinese,totally 1008 patients. Meta-analysis showed that compared with the use of sodium hyaluronate alone,prano fraction combined with sodium hyaluronate significantly improved the BUT, S Ⅰ t, FL, dry eye symptoms and overall efficacy of the patients, the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION: The efficacy of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of dry eye was better than that of sodium hyaluronate alone.
