高校学生健康状况分析及护理健康教育对策

摘要
目前,我国的高校护理健康教育工作已进入新时代,近几年取得长足的发展,但我们也要清醒认识到各高校护理健康教育发展不平衡、不充分的现实情况,需要社会、政府各方各面的支持与合作。而高校学生的健康形势不容乐观,90%的大学生没有心肺复苏、创伤急救技能,且急救意识较差,对快速而有效的现场救护患者生命、减轻患者伤残的重要意义认识不够,护理健康教育已刻不容缓。作者结合所在高校的护理工作经验,对目前高等院校学生健康状况进行总结分析,针对高校学生健康问题提出护理健康教育对策,确保学生以良好的状态投入到学习和生活之中。
At present, the work of nursing health education in colleges and universities has entered a new era and has made great progress in recent years, but we should also be aware of the reality that the development of nursing health education in colleges and universities is unbalanced and inadequate, which requires support and cooperation from all aspects of society and government. The health situation of college students is not optimistic. 90% of college students do not have the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and trauma first aid, and their awareness of first aid is poor. They do not have enough understanding of the importance of rapid and effective on-site rescue of patients' lives and alleviating their disabilities. Nursing health education is urgent. Based on the nursing experience of the university, the author summarized and analyzed the current health status of college students, put forward nursing health education countermeasures for college students' health problems, and ensured that students put into study and life in a good state.
