摘要

为推进物流军民融合发展,在分析军民融合物流装备共享模式及其建设意义的基础上,构建适合军民融合的共享模式,并对共享模式的特点与价值进行分析,提出规范行业标准、拓展仓储设施功能、加强质量监管3条促进军民融合物流装备共享的技术保障措施。对物流装备军民融合模式的合理选用有一定的指导作用,对物资保障专业化、配套服务一体化、资源信息透明化有一定的促进作用。
        To drive the development of civil-military integrated logistics, the paper analyzes the significance of logistics equipment shared between military and civilian sectors, studies the sharing mode as well as its features and values, and puts forward such measures as standardization of industry standards, extension of storage facility functions and strengthening of quality supervision. It is of reference value for reasonable selection of civil-military integration pattern of logistics equipment,and also helps realize professional material support, integrative service and transparent resource information.
