摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术在口腔种植领域的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月本院接受口腔种植的患者106例为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组应用传统的种植方法进行治疗,研究组应用3D打印技术进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、手术费用手术用时及实施口腔种植后患者的疼痛情况。结果研究组患者的治疗效果显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者的手术费用、手术用时等明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);在实施口腔种植后,研究组患者的疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在口腔种植领域,使用3D打印技术能够使患者的种植体与植入位点更加契合,减轻患者的痛苦,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。但3D打印技术同时面临许多瓶颈以及临床费用较高的问题,需要进一步改革。
        Objective To explore the application effect of 3 D printing technology in oral implants. Methods To select 106 cases of patients who received oral implants in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into study group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was treated with traditional planting methods. The study group was applied with 3 D printing technology for treatment and nursing. The basic indicators such as the treatment effect and clinical cost of the two groups of patients and the pain of the patients after oral implants were compared. Results The efficacy in the study group was obviously better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The treatment cost and time of the study group were significantly more than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). After the oral implant,the pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the field of oral implants,the use of 3 D printing technology can make the implants of the patients more compatible with the implantation site and alleviate the suffering of the patients. As a result,it is worth further clinical application. However,3 D printing technology faces many bottlenecks and its clinical costs is high. Therefore,it need further reform.
