摘要

通过调查问卷了解大学生的宿舍人际关系,通过个体、学校、家庭三个方面分析影响大学生宿舍人际关系和谐的因素,高校公寓团组织通过团日活动、专题讲座、评优评先、心理咨询等活动的开展,改善大学生的宿舍人际关系。
        Through questionnaire survey,we can learn about college students' interpersonal relationship in dormitories,this paper analyzes factors that influence harmonious college students' interpersonal relationship in dormitories from three perspectives of individuals,colleges and families. By carrying out activities of league day,special lectures,naming of outstanding and psychological consulting,etc,apartment league organizations can play an essential role in improving college students' interpersonal relationship in dormitories.
