摘要
描述了全自动pH测量系统中纺织品pH检测质量控制图的建立过程。利用质控样品监控测试过程,记录质控样品pH,并分析测试值随时间的系统变化趋势。结合±3σ控制限建立质量控制图,并利用质量控制图监控检验过程,及时发现异常变化。结果表明,质量控制图能直观反应系统变化,保证系统处于受控的状态,确保测试结果准确可靠。
The establishment process of quality control chart for textile pH in automatic pH measurement system is described in detail. Quality control samples are used to monitor the testing process, record the pH values of quality control samples, and analyze the systematic change trend of the test values with time. The quality control chart is established by using ±3σcontrol limit, and the quality control chart is used to monitor the inspection process and detect abnormal changes in time. The results show that the quality control chart can intuitively reflect the changes of the system, ensure the system in a controlled state in time and effectively, and test results are accurate and reliable.
