观察腰间盘突出症应用康复护理干预的临床效果

摘要
目的探析康复护理干预措施对腰间盘突出症患者的临床应用价值。方法取2018年2月至2019年2月到本院骨外科就诊腰间盘突出症患者为分析对象,有40例,根据对患者的护理干预措施差异将其每组20例分为常规组与康复组,对应常规腰间盘突出症护理、联合针对性康复护理。比较两种护理模式对腰间盘突出症患者的应用意义。结果护理后对两组患者疼痛情况、血栓发生率以及复发率等进行评估,康复组患者所得数据均有显著优越性(P<0.05);护理后调查两组患者对护理服务质量满意度,康复组满意度评价显著高于常规组且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰间盘突出症患者联合康复护理干预能够缓解病情对正常生活的影响,避免发生严重并发症,降低复发,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of rehabilitation nursing interventions for patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 40 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery from February 2018 to February 2019. According to the differences in nursing interventions, 20 patients in each group were divided into routine Group and rehabilitation group, corresponding to conventional lumbar disc herniation care, combined with targeted rehabilitation care. Compare the significance of the two nursing modes for patients with lumbar disc herniation. Results After treatment, the pain, thrombus rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were evaluated. The data obtained by the rehabilitation group were significantly superior(P<0.05). After the nursing, the satisfaction of the quality of nursing service was investigated. The satisfaction score of the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Combined rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with lumbar disc herniation can alleviate the impact of the disease on normal life, avoid serious complications and reduce recurrence, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
