创新人才培养下高职美术基础教育改革探究

摘要
大连职业技术学院在高职美术基础教育领域进行了有益的探索,强调培养学生职业技能的同时突出创新素质教育,在实践中取得实效。如在素描教学改革中,以融入专业特点的造型能力和数字技术的创新能力培养成为课程的重要内容;创新意识和能力也是保障学生就业后可持续发展的重要环节。在我国,创新人才可以分为科技创新型、管理创新型和实用性创新型三个层次。高职教育主要是培养第三层次的实用性创新型人才,而且需求的数量是巨大的。
Dalian Vocational Technical College has made a beneficial exploration in the field of fine arts foundation education in higher vocational colleges, emphasizing the cultivation of students' vocational skills while highlighting innovative quality education and achieving practical results in practice. For example, in the reform of sketch teaching, it is an important content of the course to cultivate the innovative ability of digital technology by integrating the modeling ability with professional characteristics. The sense and ability of innovation is also an important link to ensure the sustainable development of students after employment. In China, innovative talents can be divided into three levels:scientific and technological innovation, management innovation and practical innovation. Higher vocational education is mainly to cultivate practical and innovative talents at the third level, and the amount of demand is huge.
