仲景应用部分“血肉有情之品”内涵新解

摘要
[目的]探讨仲景应用部分"血肉有情之品"如牡蛎、龙骨、文蛤、鳖甲、阿胶、猪肤、人尿、鸡子白、鸡子黄等内涵。[方法]通过梳理《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》有上述"血肉有情之品"的部分条文,剖析仲景应用部分"血肉有情之品"的内涵。[结果]仲景应用部分"血肉有情之品"另有深意,如牡蛎、文蛤、鳖甲、阿胶、猪胆汁及人尿等多用于少阴君火热病。均宗《内经》"热淫于内,治以咸寒"之法则。如用咸寒之牡蛎、文蛤、鳖甲、人尿等清热泻火;君火引动相火,用苦寒之"猪胆汁"清泄相火;少阴热病伤及阴血,用阿胶滋阴补血,人尿补液;火热克肺金,耗伤阴津,用甘寒之猪肤、甘平之白蜜滋阴润肺,甘寒之鸡子白润肺利咽;心火(阴火)产生之源在于脾胃虚弱,用甘温之鸡子黄补脾和中。[结论]仲景应用部分"血肉有情之品"其意主要是针对心君之火所致内伤火病,李东垣之"阴火论"有助于理解其深意。
[Objective]To explore the application of some "flesh and blood sentient products" such as oysters, keel, clam, turtle shell, gelatin, pig skin,human urine, chicken white, chicken yellow, etc. [Method]By sorting out the above provisions of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber, this paper analyzes the connotation of the application of Zhongjing part of "flesh and blood products". [Results]The "flesh and blood" part of Zhongjing application has another meaning. Oysters, clams, turtle shells, gelatin, pork bile and human urine are commonly used in the treatment of Shaoyin-Jun-Fire. They all follow the rule of the inner sutra, "heat lies in the inner, and cured with salt and cold". Using salty cold oysters, clams, turtle shells, human urine and other heat to vent fire, Jun Fire stirs Xiang Fire, with bitter cold "pig bile" to clear fire. Shaoyin fever damages Yin blood,use gelatin to nourish Yin and blood, human urine to hydrate. Heat burns the lungs and drains the Yin fluid, nourish Yin and moisten lung with sweet and cold pig skin and sweet white honey, eggs moistening the lungs and nourish the throat. The source of heart fire is weak spleen and stomach, nourishing spleen and stomach with sweet egg yolk.[Conclusion] Zhongjing application part of the "flesh and blood products" mainly aims at the Shaoyin-Jun-Fire caused by internal injury fire disease. LI Dongyuan's "Yin-fire theory" helps to understand its meaning.
