摘要
以某型直升机旋翼系统中所用关节轴承的规格、运动状况和工作环境为依据,设计了一种关节轴承试验机的主体结构,并建立其三维模型。随后使用有限元软件对试验机的关键零部件进行仿真分析,结果表明可满足关节轴承性能参数与寿命预测等需求。
Based on the specifications, motion condition and working environment of the spherical plain bearing used in one helicopter rotor system, the main structure of one spherical plain bearing test machine and 3D model are designed. The finite element software is used to analyze the key parts of the test machine, and the results show that it can meet the performance parameters and life prediction of joint bearing.
