船用柴油机缸盖疲劳破坏有限元分析及改进

摘要
针对某船用大功率柴油机缸盖在液压平台试验中的疲劳破坏问题,建立了被试组件离散模型,并进行了结构疲劳强度有限元分析。分析表明:缸盖内部区域结构强度相对薄弱,进排气道圆角处出现应力集中,在承受交变载荷时应力幅过大,容易出现裂纹。结合仿真分析结果,提出了缸盖结构优化方案,并进行了疲劳试验。试验结果表明:改进方案有效提高了该型缸盖的疲劳强度。
        To solve the problem of the fatigue failure for a marine diesel engine cylinder head during hydraulic platform experiment,the discrete model of the cylinder head was built up and FEA analysis was carried out to analyze its structure fatigue strength. It's found that the inner structure strength of the cylinder head is relatively weak,and there is stress concentration around the fillet on inlet and exhaust pipes,the stress amplitude there is too large when suffers alternating load,thus is prone to crack. Based on simulation results,the optimized structure was put forward and the fatigue experiment was carried out. The test results show that the optimization could effectively improve the fatigue strength of the cylinder head.
