摘要
从优化外形结构、减轻质量和减缓过渡区应力集中的目的出发,基于有限元计算,分析了某型强载柴油机连杆结构的优化对改进应力分布、减轻质量以及提高结构强度和刚度的作用。分析表明:连杆结构优化后,在满足高强度应用的同时,质量减轻约8 kg,连杆螺栓连接部位的应力集中区域得到显著改善,连杆外形更有利于锻造加工。柴油机耐久试验考核表明,优化后的连杆结构强度和刚度满足使用要求。
        To optimize the configuration of a high-load diesel engine's connecting rod,as well as reduce its mass and stress concentration level,finite-element method was used to analyze the effect of structure optimization on improvement of stress distribution,mass reduction,and increasing of structural strength and stiffness.The analysis results show that after structure optimization,the mass could be reduced by about 8kg,without compromise on high strength; the stress concentration area of the connecting rod bolt has been significantly improved,the configuration of the connecting rod is easier to process. The durability test indicate that the strength and stiffness of the connecting rod after optimization can meet the application requirements.
