摘要
杀线虫海洋枝顶孢霉BH0531是以松材线虫为靶标从渤海水域分离获得的一株海洋真菌。为进一步探明其活性代谢物的性质和类型,实验采用非靶向代谢组学分析,对发酵液及菌体代谢物进行定性检测鉴定测定结果显示,发酵液与菌体共有的代谢物160种,只存在于发酵液中的代谢物87种。其中与乙酰胆碱酯酶活性相关物质有3种;促进植株生长作用相关物质有6种;抗氧化相关物质有6种;抑菌相关物质有3种。从代谢物角度为BH0531菌株的进一步开发利用提供实验依据。
The nematocidal marine-derived Acremonium sp.BH0531 is a marine fungus isolated from the Bohai Seawater with the target of pinewood nematode.In order to further explore the nature and type of active metabolites,the experiment used non-targeted metabolomics analysis to qualitatively detect and determine metabolites from fermentation broth and fungal cell body.The results showed that 160 metabolites shared by fermentation broth and cell body and 87 metabolites present only in the fermentation broth.Among them,there are 3 kinds of active substances related to the activity of acetylcholinesterase;6 kinds of active substances related to plant growth;6 kinds of active substances related to anti-oxidation;3 kinds of active substances antibacterial related.It provides experimental basis for the further development and utilization of BH0531 strains from the perspective of metabolites.
