摘要
在需求波动的前提下,研究了混流装配线平衡中资源优化配置问题。建立了该问题的0-1线性规划模型,目标是最小化资源成本和工作站成本在内的总成本。基于分支定界最优化算法求解该模型,算例结果表明该模型能够优化任务与资源的组合方案,从而有效缩减生产总成本。进一步地,通过灵敏度分析,发现资源的影子价值,确定影响装配线平衡的关键资源、稀缺资源和可替代资源。分析并得出了资源约束对企业管理决策的启示,研究结果有助于改善装配线平衡效果。
        Based on satisfying uncertain demands,resource allocation optimum in the mixed model assembly line was studied. A0-1 linear programming model was set up and the objective was to minimize the total cost,which was composed of resources and stations. The model was solved by optimization algorithm based on the branch-and-bound technique. The results show that the model can get the best combination of resources and tasks to reduce the total cost. Besides,through the sensitivity analysis,the shadow value of resources can be found. Finally,the key resource,the scarce resource and the alternative resource were confirmed. The inspiration of resource restriction to the management decision of the enterprise was analyzed and obtained,so this study contributes significantly to changing the effect of the assembly line balancing.
