摘要
控制铁前成本是钢铁企业降低成本、节约开支的关键。介绍了唐山国丰钢铁公司面对严峻市场形势,通过机构调整,设置攻关小组,明确工作职责,完善科学合理的考核指标体系开展管理创新的具体方案及实施效果。运行实践表明,降本节支管理思路创新后,铁前成本降低显著,达到了同类型钢铁企业降本节支的领先水平。
Controlling the pre-iron cost is the key to reduce costs and save expenses in iron and steel enterprises.In the face of the severe market situation,Guofengasteel carries out the management innovation plan and effect implementation through adjusting institution,setting up key task group,clarifying work responsibility,perfecting the reasonable evaluation index system. The operation practice shows that the cost before the iron is reduced significantly after the management idea innovation of cost reduction,reaching the leading level of cost reduction the same type of iron and steel enterprises.
