护士卒中快速识别能力调查及影响因素分析

摘要
[目的]调查护理人员卒中快速识别能力及影响因素,为进一步提高护士卒中快速识别能力提供依据。[方法]调查护士的一般资料和卒中相关知识,根据护士知晓突发卒中临床症状数将其分为具备卒中快速识别能力组和不具备能力组,单因素分析护士卒中快速识别能力的影响因素。[结果]58.2%的护士具有卒中快速识别能力,41.8%的护士能力不足。护士具备卒中快速识别能力组与不具备能力组在是否接触过卒中病人、是否参加过卒中相关培训、护士工作科室、护士卒中快速识别的信心等方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]部分护士缺乏卒中快速识别能力,应给予针对性的干预,以提高院内卒中的早期识别率。
