摘要
对厄瓜多尔CCS水电站输水隧洞工程TBM管片的设计和生产过程进行总结,首先根据工程地质情况,综合考虑洞径、受力特征和施工难易程度对管片进行了选型;然后参照美国规范推荐的修正惯用法,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对管片进行了结构受力分析和配筋计算;最后根据管片混凝土浇筑和养护过程的各种工艺,制定了管片生产全过程的技术要求及出厂验收技术标准。通过分析明确了管片选型的方法和结构的受力特征,总结了管片混凝土原材料检验、混凝土配制、混凝土振捣、混凝土养护和管片出厂检验等技术标准。
In this paper, the design and production process of TBM segment of the water tunnel of CCS Hydro-Junction Project were summarized. Firstly, according to the engineering geological conditions, the segment selection was made considering the diameter of the tunnel, the stress characteristics and the construction difficulty. Then, referring to the modified routine method recommended by the American code, the structural stress analysis and reinforcement calculation of the segment were carried out by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Finally, according to the various technologies of concrete casting and maintenance process, the technical requirements for the whole process of segment production and the technical standards for factory acceptance were formulated. The design and production process of TBM segment in CCS water control project were summarized by the paper, the mechanical characteristics of segment structure were defined, some technical standards such as raw material inspection, concrete preparation, concrete vibration, concrete maintenance and factory inspection of segment concrete were summarized.
