探讨脑梗死急性期相关生化指标与早期临床转归的关系

摘要
目的整理我院脑梗死急性期患者的临床生化指标资料,探讨脑梗死急性期患者各项相关生化指标与患者早期临床转归间的关系。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的120例脑梗死急性期患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照患者的临床症状分为轻型组,中型组以及重型组三组,其中轻型组患者62例,中型组患者38例,重型组患者20例,对三组患者的相关生化指标进行对比分析,总结三组患者上述指标与早期临床转归之间的联系。结果三组患者的总胆红素、纤维蛋白原、同型半胱胺酸、血尿酸等指标的水平有明显的提高,三组之间上述指标差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同组别的患者的大动脉硬化型患者比例与心源型脑梗死型患者比例均差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死急性期患者的早期临床转归效果与其相关生化指标由非常密切的关联,对患者上述指标的注意,能够加大患者早期临床转归的几率。
Objective To arrange clinical biochemical data of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital and study relationship between biochemical indicators and early clinical prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods choose 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction received in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, review and analyze their clinical data. According to clinical symptoms, divide them into mild group(62 cases), medium group(38 cases) and severe group(20 cases). Compare and analyze related biochemical indicators of three groups and summarize relationship between above indicators and early clinical prognosis of three groups. Results levels of total bilirubin, fibrinogen, homocysteine, blood uric acid and other indicators of three groups were significantly improved, difference between above indicators of three groups showed statistical significance(P < 0.05). Proportion of patients with large artery atherosclerosis and cardiac cerebral infarction of different group showed difference with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion effect of early clinical prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction is closely related to related biochemical indicators, and attention to them can increase probability of early clinical prognosis of patients.
