护士在救治人感染H7N9禽流感患者时的工作体验

摘要
目的了解护士在救治人感染H7N9禽流感患者时的工作体验,为制订更加完善的护理管理对策,提高护士应对疫情的能力提供参考。方法对10名护士进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法分析资料。结果共提炼4个主题,包括担忧感染及传播、救治压力较大、感激感恩、对管理者的期望。结论在人感染H7N9禽流感的救治过程中,护士的工作体验主要表现在对个人、家人及朋友安全的担忧,救治工作压力大、任务重,感受到团队的力量和领导的关爱。建议护理管理者应该保证充足的人力资源,增加培训力度,进行不定期应急演练,制订更加完善的护理管理对策,提高护士禽流感疫情的应对能力。
Objective To describe the lived experience of nurses during the treatment of patients infected with avian influenza A(H7N9) virus,and provide references for formulating much more complete nursing countermeasures and improving the response capacity to avian influenza pandemic. Methods Ten nurses participated in in-depth interviews,and Colaizzi's seven-step method was used to analyze data. Results Four themes were extracted,including fear of contracting and transmitting the disease,the challenges of nursing,gains of professional career,advice to the managers. Conclusion The nursing managers should give humanistic care to nurses,take various initiatives to enhance the nurses' sense of security,and improve hospital support system,in order to alleviate the psychological pressure on nurses,optimize the allocation of human resources,strengthen training and drills,improve nurses' self-efficacy and job competency to enhance infectious disease specialist care capacity.
