摘要
近年来肿瘤的发病率越来越高,虽然采取了综合疗法,但晚期恶性肿瘤死亡率仍处于较高水平。随着中草药研究的深入,研究人员发现多种中草药具有良好的抗肿瘤作用。苦杏仁苷主要存在于苦杏仁中,除了具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、免疫调节等作用外,还具有抗肿瘤的特性。本文总结了苦杏仁苷的结构特征、抗肿瘤机制及研究进展,为探索其抗肿瘤的临床应用奠定了理论基础。苦杏仁苷可通过影响细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、细胞毒作用、调节机体免疫功能等在肺癌、膀胱癌、肾细胞癌等实体肿瘤中发挥抗肿瘤作用。进一步深入研究苦杏仁苷的药理机制,在发挥其抗肿瘤作用的同时减少毒副作用,尽快实现苦杏仁苷的临床应用。
        In recent years, the incidence of cancer is getting higher and higher, although the comprehensive treatment is used, but the mortality rate of advanced malignant tumors is still at a high level. With the further research of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), we find that a variety of TCM has a good anti-tumor effect.Amygdalin is contained mainly in bitter almonds, in addition to anti-oxidation, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory,immune regulation, amygdalin also has anti-tumor effect. This article summarized the structural characteristics anti-tumor mechanisms and research progress of amygdalin, to explore its anti-tumor clinical value and theoretical foundation. Amygdalin has anti-tumor effects in solid tumors such as lung cancer, bladder cancer and renal cell carcinoma by affecting cell cycle, inducing apoptosis, cytotoxicity and regulating immune function. To achieve an earlier clinical application, we need further study the pharmacological mechanism of amygdalin, to explore its antitumor effect while reducing its side effects.
