摘要
通过乳液聚合法制备了一系列不同核壳比的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物(ABS)。将环氧树脂(EP)与ABS复配制备EP/ABS复合材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热失重分析仪(TGA)对复合材料的性能与形态进行了表征。结果表明:ABS用量和核壳比显著影响复合材料的冲击性能和拉伸性能;随着ABS用量的增加,复合材料的热稳定性逐渐降低;随着核壳比的增大,材料的热稳定性逐渐提高。
A series of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene graft copolymers(ABS) with different core/shell ratios were prepared by emulsion polymerization. Then epoxy composite was prepared by blending ABS graft copolymers with epoxy resin, and the properties and morphology of the composites were investigated by using SEM and TGA. The results show that the ABS dosage and core/shell ratio significantly affect the impact and tensile properties of the composites. With the increase of ABS dosage, the thermal stability of the composites decreases gradually; with the increase of core/shell ratio, the thermal stability of the composites gradually increases.
