苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平和缬沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压疗效分析

摘要
目的对在原发性高血压的治疗中联合运用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与缬沙坦的疗效进行观察,以期为不断提高原发性高血压临床治疗效果提供参考。方法对该院于2013年1月—2017年12月期间接收的50例经临床确诊为原发性高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将患者资料按照用药方案的不同分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例),对照组单一采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,在此基础上联合缬沙坦对观察组进行治疗。对两种用药方案下患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果与单一用药的对照组(84.00%)相比,在临床治疗总有效率方面,联合用药的观察组(100.00%)明显较高(χ~2=4.35,P=0.04);在血压方面,治疗前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组舒张压(77.46±5.24)mmHg、收缩压(133.46±5.46)mmHg,对照组舒张压(92.43±1.87)mmHg、收缩压(148.53±5.17)mmHg均较治疗前发生明显下降(P<0.05),且与同时期的对照组相比,治疗后观察组患者的血压明显较低(t=5.63,5.28,P=0.000 6,0.000 7)。结论在原发性高血压的临床治疗中联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与缬沙坦治疗可取得明显较单一使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平更高的治疗总有效率,对患者血压的改善更为显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of levamlodipine besylate and valsartan in treatment of primary hypertension in order to provide reference for constantly improving the clinical treatment effect of primary hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of patients with primary hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into two groups with 25 cases according to the medication plan, the control group were only treated with levamlodipine besylate, while the observation group were treated with valsartan on the basis of the control group, and the clinical treatment effect of the two medication plans was compared and analyzed. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group, 84.00% vs 100.00%(χ~2=4.35,P=0.04), and the difference in the blood pressure between the two groups before treatment, was not statistically significant(P>0.05), after treatment, the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(77.46±5.24)mmHg,(133.46±5.46) mmHg and(92.43±1.87) mmHg,(148.53±5.17) mmHg, which obviously decreased compared with those before treatment(P <0.05), and the blood pressure obviously decreased compared with that in the observation group compared with that at the same period(t=5.63,5.28,P=0.000 6,0.000 7). Conclusion The levamlodipine besylate and valsartan in treatment of primary hypertension can obtain an obvious effect, and the total treatment effective rate of levamlodipine besylate is higher, and the improvement of blood pressure is more obvious, and it is worth promotion.
