高校学生党支部服务能力提升研究

摘要
学生党支部建设是高校党建工作的重要内容,提升学生党支部的服务能力,对于彰显党员模范带头作用和践行为人民服务宗旨具有重要意义。结合高校学院学生党支部工作实际,对高校服务型学生党支部建设中存在的问题进行了剖析,对建设高校服务型学生党支部的工作创新进行了探讨,认为:存在学生党员服务意识淡薄、服务能力不强;支部活动形式和内容单调枯燥、服务平台缺乏;党支部对学生党员的考核和评价体系不完善等问题。因此,应该通过加强思想建设,增强服务意识;丰富组织生活,搭建服务平台;增进支部帮扶,提高服务参与率;完善考核机制,提高服务质量;增加社会实践,历练服务本领等方式方法提升高校学生党支部的服务能力。
The construction work of CPC branch of university students is an important part of the university′s Party building. Improving the service ability of CPC branch of university students is of great significance for highlighting the lead role of CPC members and practicing the purpose of serving the people. Based on the actual work of CPC branch of university students, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the service-oriented construction of CPC branch of university students, and discussed the innovation of the work of CPC branch of university students based on improving service ability. There were the following problems, such as the weak service consciousness of student CPC members, poor service ability, the monotonous and tedious form and content of CPC branch activities, lack of service platform, incomplete assessment and evaluation system for student CPC members, and so on. Therefore, the service consciousness should be enhanced through the strengthening of ideological construction, the form and content of CPC branch activities of university students should been enrich by building more service platforms, the service participation rates of student CPC members should be increased by carrying out assistance plan and activities, the service quality and effect of student CPC members should be improved by perfecting the assessment and evaluation mechanism, the service ability of student CPC members should be trained through increasing social practice. The service ability of CPC branch of university students would be enhanced through the above ways and methods.
