提升福建省高校科技创新平台建设水平的对策研究

摘要
目前,福建省高校科技创新平台发展主要存在科技创新平台总量不足、国家级数量太少、人才队伍建设水平不高、科技成果转化率低等方面问题,应加大政策支持与资金投入,积极加强科技创新团队建设,改革科技管理体制和运行机制,完善绩效评价指标体系,提升科技创新平台的建设发展水平。
The science and technology innovation platform is the scientific support of the discipline construction, talents training and science and technology development. At present, there are major problems in the development of science and technology innovation platforms in Fujian Province, such as insufficient total number of science and technology innovation platforms, too few national level teams, low level of talent building, and low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements. We will reform science and technology management systems and operating mechanisms, improve the system of performance evaluation indicators, and raise the level of development of science and technology innovation platforms.
