摘要

目的:研究护理干预在预防ICU脑出血患者肺部感染中的效果。方法:以2016年01月～2017年01月某院收治的66例ICU脑出血住院患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各33例。其中对照组行常规护理,实验组在常规基础上行预防性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:对照组患者肺部感染率21.21%、住院时间(24.10±1.80)d,均高于实验组[3.03%、(18.00±1.40)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理于ICU脑出血患者的康复进展以及肺部感染预防均有显著促进效果,值得应用。
        Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention in preventing pulmonary infection in patients with ICU hemorrhage. Methods: 66 cases of hospitalized patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the ICU treated in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group(33 cases) were treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group(33 cases) received preventive nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the pulmonary infection rate(21.21%) and the length of hospital stay(24.10±1.80)d in the control group were higher than that of the experimental group [3.03%,(18.00±1.40) d], and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Preventive nursing in ICU patients with brain hemorrhage and pulmonary infection prevention have significant effect and is worthy of application.
