热毒宁与干扰素联合治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效

摘要
目的研究热毒宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效及对肝功能和心肌酶谱的影响,为手足口病的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2012年6月-2015年6月医院收治的100例手足口病患儿,将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组患儿使用干扰素进行治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上联合热毒宁进行治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效、症状康复时间、住院时间及心肌酶谱和谷丙转氨酶水平差异。结果观察组患儿治疗后治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿在住院时间、体温恢复时间、口腔溃疡消失时间、手足疱疹康复时间均显著少于对照组患儿(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿心肌酶谱及谷丙转氨酶水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿心肌酶谱及谷丙转氨酶水平较治疗前均有明显下降,且观察组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病能有效增加治疗有效率,加快患儿康复速度同时可以显著改善患儿心肌酶谱及肝功能各项指标,值得在临床中推广。
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical curative effect of Reduning combined with interferon on treatment of children with hand,foot,and mouth disease and observe the influence on liver function and myocardial enzyme spectrum so as to provide theoretical basis for treatment of the hand,foot,and mouth disease.METHODS A total of 100 children with hand,foot,and mouth disease who were treated in the hospital from Jun 2012 to Jun 2015 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with interferon,while the observation group was given the interferon combined with Reduning.The clinical curative effect,time of recovery,length of hospital stay,and levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum and alanine aminotransferase were observed and compared between the two groups of children.RESULTS The cure rate and total effective rate were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,time of recovery of body temperature,time of disappearance of oral ulcers,and time of recovery of hand and foot herpes were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum or alanine aminotransferase between the two groups of children before the treatment(P>0.05).The levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum and alanine aminotransferase of the two groups were remarkably reduced after the treatment,and the levels of the observation group were reduced more significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONReduning combined with interferon can effectively increase the effective rate of treatment of the children with hand,foot,and mouth disease,accelerate the rehabilitation of the children,and remarkably improve the myocardial enzyme spectrum as well as the liver function indicators;it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
