摘要
采用高效液相色谱分离检测,建立玩具用油性油墨中甲醛的测定方法。用恒温水浴的方式处理样品,对提取时间、提取温度进行选定,同时优化最佳仪器条件。甲醛在0.014 6~1.429 mg/L范围内有较好线性,相关系数达到0.99999以上,检出限为0.5mg/kg。不同加标水平的回收率在90%~96%间,不同样品重复测试10次其相对标准偏差均小于10%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高、重现性好,能快速准确提取和测定油性油墨中甲醛含量。
        An analytical method of high performance liquid chromatography—diode array detector(HPLC-DAD) has been established for the determination of formaldehyde in ink. Water extraction was adopted to deal with the ink sample, the best extraction time and extraction temperature were selected, and the instrument condition was optimized to find the test condition. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was better than 0.999 99 in the range of 0.014 6 mg/L to 1.429 mg/L. The detect limit was 0.5 mg/kg for formaldehyde,the recovery was 90 %~96 %, and the RSD was less than 10 %. The method was simple, sensitive, fast, exact,and was useful to extract the formaldehyde in ink.
