髓芯减压联合硫酸钙人工骨植入治疗早期非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死的效果

摘要
目的观察髓芯减压联合硫酸钙人工骨植入治疗早期非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的70例早期非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组采用单纯髓芯减压术治疗,研究组采用髓芯减压联合硫酸钙人工骨植入治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组髋关节功能评分均升高,疼痛评分均降低,且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率为0.00%,明显低于对照组的11.43%(P<0.05)。结论髓芯减压联合硫酸钙人工骨植入治疗早期非创伤性股骨头缺血坏死患者,不仅能提高患者整体治疗效果,而且能避免其发生股骨头塌陷及坏死等并发症,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To observe the effect of core decompression combined with calcium sulfate artificial bone implantation in the treatment of early non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods Seventy patients with early non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple core decompression, the study group was treated with core decompression combined with calcium sulfate artificial bone implantation. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the hip function scores of both groups increased, the pain scores decreased, and those of the study group were superior to the control group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than 85.71% of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was 0.00%, which was significantly lower than 11.43% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Core decompression combined with calcium sulfate artificial bone implantation in the treatment of patients with early non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head can not only improve the overall treatment effect of the patient, but also avoid complications such as collapse and necrosis of femoral head, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
