摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定地表水中阿特拉津,用二氯甲烷萃取水体中的阿特拉津,浓缩定容后,以甲醇:水=7:3为流动相,用Eclipse XDB-C18进行分离,流速0.8m L/min,采用紫外检测器,外标法测定水体中阿特拉津含量,其相关系数为0.9998。该方法具有操作简便、分析速度快、定量分析结果准确、稳定等优点。
        A high performance liquid chromatographic method was used for the determination of atrazine in surface water, atrazine was extracted from the water by dichloromethane. After concentreated,they were separated on Eclipse XDB-C18 with methanol:water=7:3 as mobile phase,the flow rate 0.8 m L/min.The detection of atrazine in water by external standard method was made on the ultraviolet detector,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9998.The method has the advantages of simple,rapid,accurate and stable.
