<正>孕酮在早孕中的重要性多年来就已经知道了。在体外受精-胚胎移植中进行黄体支持是常规的治疗方案。在妊娠第七周前去除黄体可引起流产,这可以通过给予外源性孕酮来预防。因此,孕酮的临床应用研究长盛不衰。1黄体酮在体外受精后黄体期支持中的作用自20世纪80年代以来,这一点已广为人知,目前普遍认为,在缺乏外源性激素支持的情况下,IVF周期后的黄体期以早期黄体溶解为特征,其次是雌激素和孕激素水平的过早下降。这些异常对子
