摘要
目的探讨红外线照射联合贝复新凝胶对新生儿红臀的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2017年5月温州医科大学附属第二医院新生儿特别监护病房(NSCU)收治的入院时已存在或住院期间新发的红臀患儿180例,按随机化分组对照原则分为观察组、对照组A和对照组B,比较三组治疗效果。观察组采用红外线照射联合贝复新凝胶的方法;对照组A治疗方法同观察组,但未予涂贝复新凝胶;对照组B治疗方法是每次更换尿布后均予涂贝复新凝胶,未予红外线照射。结果观察组、对照组A、对照组B在红臀痊愈率比较,其中观察组明显高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组A、对照组B在红臀愈合时间比较存在差异,其中观察组最短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外线照射联合贝复新凝胶用于治疗红臀,能加快红臀的愈合,减轻患儿痛苦,提高患儿的预后。
        Objective To investigate the effects of infrared irradiation combined with Beifuxin gel on neonatal red buttocks.Methods 180 infant patients with red buttocks who were found with the symptoms upon admission to the hospital or were newly detected during hospitalization in the Newborn Special Intensive Care Unit(NSCU) of the Second Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the randomized grouping principle,the patients were divided into three groups:observation group,control group A,and control group B.The therapeutic effects were compared among the three groups.The observation group was given the method of infrared irradiation combined with Beifuxin gel;the treatment method in the control group A was the same as that in the observation group,but the control group A was not given Beifuxin gel;in the control group B,Beifuxin gel was given after each diaper change,and no infrared irradiation was applied.Results The observation group,the control group A,and the control group B had a large difference in the healing rate of red buttocks.The observation group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were differences in the healing time of the red buttocks among the observation group,the control group A and the control group B,and the observation group was the shortest,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared irradiation combined with Beifuxin gel in the treatment of red buttocks can accelerate the healing of red buttocks,reduce the pain of children and improve the prognosis of infant patients.
