不同胰岛素给药方法对糖尿病治疗的疗效差异

摘要
目的讨论糖尿病患者,接受胰岛素治疗的方法与临床疗效。方法将2016年1月—2018年1月该院收治糖尿病患者118例,根据治疗方法差异分组各59例,比较对照组(多次皮下注射胰岛素)、研究组(胰岛素泵连续给药)临床疗效。结果研究组患者,其治疗总有效率,比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组HbAIC与2hPG、FPG值,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组病人,其胰岛素用量,以及血糖达到目标值时间,比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者,其低血糖发生率,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受胰岛素泵连续给药方式治疗效果确切且安全可靠,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To discuss the methods and clinical efficacy of insulin therapy in patients with diabetes. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, 118 patients with diabetes mellitus were treated in our hospital. According to the difference of treatment methods, 59 cases were divided into groups, comparing the control group(multiple subcutaneous injection of insulin) and the research group(continuous administration of insulin pump) of efficacy. Results In the study group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the HbAIC and2 HPG and FPG values of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). In the study group, the insulin dosage and the time when the blood glucose reached the target value were less than the control group,(P<0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous administration of insulin pump in diabetic patients is effective and safe, and it is worthy of clinical application.
