癌性疼痛中药贴敷联合耳穴压豆50例护理体会

摘要
目的探讨癌性疼痛患者应用中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆50例的护理。方法选择100例癌性疼痛患者为对象,随机分为两组。对照组接受常规护理联合止痛药护理干预,研究组在此基础上应用中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆干预。比较分析两组护理前后的NRS评分,护理后的护理满意度。结果研究组护理前的NRS评分[(8.15±1.50)分]与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.137 7,P=0.890 9);研究组护理后的NRS评分[(2.10±0.65)分]与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.979 2,P=0.000 0)。研究组护理满意度(98.00%)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.273 7,P=0.004 0)。结论应用中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆干预可以改善癌性疼痛患者的癌性疼痛,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the nursing experience of 50 patients with cancer pain treated with acupoint sticking combined with ear acupoint pressing. Methods 100 patients with cancer pain were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing combined with analgesic nursing intervention. On the basis, in the study group, acupoint sticking therapy combined with auricular acupoint bean intervention was applied. The NRS scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results The NRS score of the study group before nursing was(8.15±1.50), which was not statistically significant different compared with the control group(t =0.137 7, P =0.890 9), the NRS score of the study group after nursing was(2.10±0.65), which was statistically significant different compared with the control group(t =10.979 2, P=0.000 0). The nursing satisfaction of the study group(98.00%) was significantly different from that of the control group(χ~2=8.273 7, P =0.004 0). Conclusion Application of acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing can significantly improve the cancerous of patients with cancer pain and improve their quality of life.
