二甲双胍治疗老年社区糖尿病临床效果分析

摘要
目的分析二甲双胍治疗老年社区糖尿病临床效果及应用价值。方法选取我院2016年2月至2017年3月期间收治的120例老年社区糖尿病患者作为观察对象,使用随机序列发生器将所有患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组患者使用瑞格列奈进行治疗,观察组患者使用二甲双胍进行治疗,观察并对比两组患者治疗前后血糖浓度以及不良反应发生几率。结果观察组患者治疗后血糖浓度明显对于对照组患者治疗后血糖浓度,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生几率明显低于对照组,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对老年社区糖尿病临床治疗中,二甲双胍能显著降低患者血糖浓度,有助于改善患者病情,同时该药物无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective to analyse the metformin treatment of elderly community diabetes clinical effect and application value.Methods select our hospital in February 2016 to March 2017 were 120 cases of elderly diabetes patients in community as research object,using random sequence generator all of the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases each. Control group patients use nai raigor column treatment,observation group of patients using metformin treatment,observe and compare two groups of patients before and after treatment the blood sugar concentration and adverse reactions occur. Results observation group blood sugar levels after treatment in patients with significant for the control group after treatment in patients with blood sugar levels,significant difference between groups,statistically significant( P< 0. 05); Observation group of patients with adverse reactions to risk significantly lower than the control group, significant difference between groups, statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion in the community for the elderly diabetes clinical treatment,patients with metformin can significantly reduce the blood sugar levels,help to improve the patients,at the same time,the drug has no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
