复方血栓通胶囊联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗面神经炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗面神经炎的临床效果。方法:选取面神经炎患者96例,按照随机对照原则分成对照组和观察组,两组均为48例。对照组给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果、肌电图、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,CMAP波幅、R1潜伏期水平及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方血栓通胶囊结合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗面神经炎患者可有效提高治疗效果,改善肌电图指标,且不良反应发生率较低。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xueshuantong combined with Monosialotetrahexosyl Ganglioside in the treatment of facial neuritis. Methods:96 patients with facial neuritis were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized control, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Monosialotetrahexosyl Ganglioside sodium. The observation group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule on the basis of this treatment. The therapeutic effect, electromyogram and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the CMAP amplitude, R1 latency level and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group, with the statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with Monosialotetrahexosyl Ganglioside sodium in the treatment of patients with facial neuritis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, improve the electromyogram indicators, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
