摘要
【目的】通过研究优良砧木与共生不亲和砧木嫁接对厚皮甜瓜生长和生理特性的影响,为厚皮甜瓜砧木筛选提供理论基础。【方法】分析厚皮甜瓜自根苗和2种砧木嫁接苗不同时期的茎长、茎粗、叶面积以及SOD、POD和CAT等生理特性。【结果】在苗期,嫁接苗茎长和叶面积低于自根苗,优良砧木嫁接苗在伸蔓期之后茎长、茎粗和叶面积明显高于自根苗,共生不亲和砧木嫁接苗在伸蔓期出现共生不亲和现象,植株出现早衰死亡。优良砧木嫁接苗SOD、POD和CAT含量高于自根苗,共生不亲和砧木嫁接苗SOD、POD和CAT含量低于自根苗。【结论】对自根苗和嫁接苗苗期叶片SOD、POD和CAT等生理特征的比较,可作为推测砧木是否会出现共生不亲和现象的参考依据。
        【Objective】To provide a theoretical basis of rootstocks screening,the effects of superior rootstock and symbiosis incompatibility rootstock on growth and physiology indicators of grafted melon were studied.【Method】The stem length,stem thick,leaf area,SOD,POD and CAT of self-rooted melon seedings and two kinds of grafted rootstocks in different growth period were analyzed.【Result】The stem length and leaf area of grafted melon were lower than self-rooted melon in seeding period. The stem length,stem thick and leaf area of superior rootstock grafted melon were significantly higher than symbiosis incompatibility rootstock grafted melon. The symbiosis incompatibility rootstock grafted melon died prematurely in elongation period. The activity of SOD,POD,CAT of Superior rootstock grafted melon were higher than self-rooted melon in all growth period. The activity of SOD,POD,CAT of symbiosis incompatibility rootstock grafted melon were lower than self-rooted melon.【Conclusion】The comparison of physiology indicators such as SOD,POD,CAT between self-rooted and grafted melon in seeding period can be used as references for inferring whether symbiosis incompatibility occurs.
