摘要
目的:探讨世居高原藏族高血压患者高尿酸血症发病率相关因素。方法:收治藏族高血压患者613例,按是否合并高尿酸血症分为A组346例和B组267例,收集两组患者的体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂、血糖等指标,经多因素Logistic回归分析合并高尿酸血症的危险因素。结果:BMI、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均为世居高原藏族高血压患者合并高尿酸血症的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:世居高原藏族高血压患者易发生高尿酸血症,其发生的风险因素亦较多,临床需重视高原藏族人群高尿酸血症的防治。
        Objective:To explore the correlative factors of hyperuricemia in Tibetan hypertension patients living in Plateau.Methods:613 Tibetan hypertensive patients were selected,they were divided into the group A(346 cases)and the group B(267 cases)according to whether they had hyperuricemia or not.The body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,blood lipid,blood sugar and other indicators of the two groups were collected,and the risk factors of hyperuricemia were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Results:BMI,fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were all risk factors for hyperuricemia in Tibetan hypertension patients living at high altitude(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperuricemia is easy to occur in Tibetan hypertensive patients at high altitude,and there are many risk factors.Clinically,attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia in Tibetan population at high altitude.
