数字人文技术研究者采纳意愿影响因素——以技术接受模型为视角

摘要
数字人文技术为人文学科发展带来了全新的研究方法和研究视角,推广该类技术的应用对人文学界和图书情报学科的发展均有积极作用。为探究影响数字人文技术被人文学科研究者接纳的潜在因素,文章以技术接受模型及其扩展为理论基础,通过引入系统质量、社群影响和个体创新三个外界影响因素,建立数字人文技术研究者采纳意愿模型,并收集问卷数据进行分析,验证提出的假设,探究影响接纳数字人文技术的意愿情况。实证结果表明:系统质量对感知有用性有积极影响,个体创新对感知易用性有积极影响,社群影响对数字人文技术的感知有用性和感知易用性有积极影响,感知有用性与感知易用性对研究者的使用态度均有积极影响。基于以上结论提出推广数字人文技术的建议。
Digital humanities technologies have brought forth new research methods and research perspectives for the development of humanities research. The promotion of application of such technologies is of great importance for both humanities and library and information science research. The purpose of this paper is to explore the underlying factors that influence digital humanities technologies to be accepted by humanities researchers. Based on the theory of technology acceptance and its extension,the paper introduces three external factors,i.e. system quality,social influence and personal innovation,establishes a model of researchers' willingness to accept digital humanities technologies, and collects data from questionnaires for analysis and hypothesis testing to explore the factors influencing the acceptance. The empirical results show that the system quality has a positive impact on the perceived usefulness,the personal innovation has a positive impact on the perceived ease of use,and the social influence has a positive effect on both the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Furthermore, both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive impact on the researchers' attitude to use. Suggestions on how to promote digital humanities technologies are made in the part of conclusion.
