茶产业供给侧存在的问题分析及对策

摘要
中国是世界上重要的茶产业大国,文章首先对21世纪以来中国茶叶的种植面积、总产量及单产变化趋势、品种结构等特征进行了梳理,对茶产业供给侧存在的茶园面积增长过快等问题及其原因进行了剖析,在此基础上提出了控制面积、调整结构以及产业融合等茶产业供给侧改革的对策。
China is a significant country of tea industry in the world. Firstly, the paper analyzed acreage, total output, yield and variety structure of tea industry in China since the 21st century. Afterwards, it analyzed the problems in supply-side of tea industry, such as the area of the tea garden grown too fast, and discussed the reason of them.On this basis, it put forward some countermeasures for improving the supply-side reform of tea industry, such as controlling planting area, optimizing the structure of tea industry and strengthening the industrial convergence of the first, second and third tea industries.
