摘要
为了解决现行自动气象站风向传感器校准方法的不足,通过对自动气象站风向传感器的结构和工作原理的分析,结合其编码原理和规律,指出了现有的几种常见的校准方法各自的弊端,如检定规程和校准规范选取的检测方位存在校准区间缺测(由格雷码状态位故障导致)的现象;静态三点法选取的检测方位不具代表性,无法反映风向传感器的综合计量性能等问题。针对以上问题,提出了两种经过改进的校准方法——"增加特定点法"和"选择8个特定点法",能有效的解决现行方法存在的问题,为自动气象站风向传感器的校准提供了切实可行的技术保障。
In order to solve the deficiency of current automatic weather station wind direction sensor calibration method.This article points out the respective advantages and disadvantages of calibration that are commonly seen for the current time through the analysis on the structure and the working principle of the wind transducer at the automatic weather station with the integration of its coding principle and regular pattern,for example,the check bearing selected by the inspection regulations and the specifications of calibration exists with the phenomenon of defect between the calibration intervals(caused by the malfunction of Gray Code status bits);the check bearing selected by the static three-point method cannot reflect the comprehensive metering performance of the wind transducer due to the lack of representativeness.With the regard to the above stated issues,we put forward two improved calibration methods——"add specific point method"and"select 8 specific point method",which can effectively solve the issues existed for the current time and provide the practical and feasible technology guarantee for the calibration of wind transducer at the automatic weather station.
