暴发性1型糖尿病伴乳酸酸中毒1例并文献复习

<正>暴发性1型糖尿病(fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus,FT1DM)是由IMAGAWA A等[1]首次提出的1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)的新亚型,FT1DM具有突发起病、胰岛自身抗体阴性、胰酶升高、胰岛功能极差的特点。现报道我院收治的1例FT1DM合并乳酸酸中毒患者并复习相关文献。1 病例介绍患者,男,57岁,因"恶心呕吐、乏力伴口干半天"入院。既往无糖
