CD146、SP70在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要
目的:探讨CD146、SP70在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:收集100例卵巢上皮性癌组织标本,50例卵巢上皮良性肿瘤组织标本和同期由于其他手术治疗切除的50例正常卵巢组织标本。免疫组化法检测中标本组织中CD146、SP70的表达;并分析卵巢上皮性癌组织中CD146、SP70的表达与年龄、瘤体大小、淋巴结转移、病理分型、病理分级及FIGO分期的关系。结果:CD146及SP70在正常卵巢组织中的阳性表达(4.0%、8.0%)和卵巢上皮良性肿瘤的阳性表达(18.0%,26.0%)低于卵巢上皮癌组织中的阳性表达(82.0%、77.0%),经比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD146和SP70在年龄、瘤体大小、淋巴结转移与否方面的阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在不同的病理类型中,CD146的表达差异无统计学意义而SP70的阳性表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分化水平越高和FIGO分期越低,CD146和SP70阳性表达率越低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD146和SP70的表达与卵巢癌的进展存在密切联系,对CD146和SP70的联合检测可用于判断卵巢上皮癌的恶性度及其预后。
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of CD146 and SP70 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma.Methods:100 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,50 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor tissues and the same period in our hospital physical examination of 50 cases of normal ovarian tissue samples of volunteers.Immunohistochemical expression of tissue detection CD146,SP70;and to analyze the relationship between epithelial ovarian cancer CD146,SP70 expression and age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,pathological type,histological grade and FIGO stage.Results:The positive expression of CD146 and SP70 in normal ovarian tissues(4%,8%)and the positive expression of epithelial ovarian benign tumor(18%,26%)was lower than the positive expression in ovarian epithelial carcinoma(82%,77%),by comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CD146 and SP70 in age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and the expression of no significant difference(P>0.05);in different pathological types,the difference of CD146 expression was not statistically significant and positive expression of SP70 was not significant(P<0.05);the higher the level of differentiation and FIGO stage was lower,CD146 and SP70 positive expression rate was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of SP70 and CD146 is closely related to the progression of ovarian cancer,and the combined detection of CD146 and SP70 can be used to judge the degree of malignancy and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
