摘要
同忻矿8101工作面属特厚煤层工作面,采用放顶煤开采,8101工作面在初采期间由于不放顶煤,采空区遗留大量碎煤,会释放大量瓦斯,造成上隅角瓦斯超限,存在自燃发火隐患,通过采前预抽、地面钻孔抽放、水力压裂弱化顶煤有效解决初采期间瓦斯超限隐患。通过强化注氮、喷洒阻化剂防治防火措施,保障了工作面初采期间安全开采。
        The 8101 working face of Tongxin Coal Mine belongs to the extra-thick coal seam working face, which adopts caving mining method, because the 8101 working face did not adopt caving mining method during the initial mining period, the coal mining area left a large amount of broken coal, which released a large amount of gas, causing the upper corner gas to exceed the limit, and there is a hidden danger of spontaneous combustion. The pre-mining gas drainage, surface borehole drainage, hydraulic fracturing and weakening of the top coal effectively solve the hidden danger of gas over-limit during the initial mining. The fire prevention measures of strengthening nitrogen injection and spraying chemical inhibitor were adopted, which effectively ensured the safe mining during the initial mining period of the working face.
