摘要
目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取抗氧化剂治疗对营养状态、抗氧化指标的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将方便选取该院2017年3月—2018年3月收入的110例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为采取常规治疗的对照组及加用抗氧化剂治疗的观察组各55例,对两组营养状态、抗氧化状态、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果治疗后观察组体质量指数(24.91±1.01)kg/m~2、白蛋白(43.25±1.25)g/L、球蛋白(30.30±1.35)g/L、总抗氧化能力(560.89±7.22)μm、血浆还原型谷胱甘肽(1.34±0.21)μm,对照组体质量指数(24.10±1.04)kg/m~2、白蛋白(40.20±1.20)g/L、球蛋白(27.33±1.33)g/L、总抗氧化能力(535.41±7.29)μm、血浆还原型谷胱甘肽(0.98±0.22)μM,两组相比较,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=0.697、1.021、1.020、1.789、0.691,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率9.09%,与对照组不良反应发生率7.27%差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.221,P>0.05)。结论给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者抗氧化剂治疗有助于进一步改善其营养状态和抗氧化指标,值得推广使用。
        Objective To observe the effects of antioxidant treatment on nutritional status and antioxidant index in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into the control group with conventional treatment and the observation group with antioxidant treatment. The nutritional status, antioxidant status, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the body mass index(24.91 ±1.01) kg/m~2, albumin(43.25 ±1.25) g/L, globulin(30.30 ±1.35) g/L, total antioxidant capacity(560.89±7.22)μm, Plasma-reduced glutathione(1.34±0.21)μm, control group body mass index(24.10±1.04) kg/m~2, albumin(40.20 ±1.20) g/L, globulin(27.33 ±1.33) g/L, the total antioxidant capacity(535.41 ±7.29)μm and plasma-reduced glutathione(0.98±0.22)μm were compared between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant(t=0.697, 1.021,1.020, 1.789, 0.691, P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.09%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 7.27%(χ~2=0.221, P >0.05). Conclusion Antioxidant therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can further improve their nutritional status and antioxidant index, which is worthy of promotion.
