补肾活血除湿法辅治免疫性不孕不育临床观察

摘要
目的:观察补肾活血除湿法辅治免疫性不孕不育的疗效。方法:60例分为两组各30例,两组均给予西药治疗,观察组加用补肾活血除湿法治疗。结果:观察组总有效率93.33%、不良反应发生率13.33%,对照组总有效率70.00%、不良反应发生率46.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组促卵泡生成素水平明显降低,雌二醇水平明显升高,观察组升、降更加显著(P<0.05)。观察组各疗程阳性抗体转阴率均高于对照组,总转阴率更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:西药治疗基础上加用补肾活血除湿法治疗免疫性不孕不育能够改善性激素水平,减少不良反应,增加受孕几率。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of supplementing kidney, activating blood and eliminating dampness method in the auxiliary treatment of immune infertility. Method: 60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 30 groups in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine, and the observation group were treated with supplementing kidney, activating blood and eliminating dampness method in addition. Result: The total effective rate was 93.33% and the adverse reaction rate was 13.33%in the observation group while the total effective rate was 70.00% and the adverse reaction rate was 46.67% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of follicle-stimulating hormone was significantly decreased in the two groups and the level of estradiol was significantly increased. The elevation and decrease of the level of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05). The negative conversion rate of positive antibody of observation group in each treatment course was higher than that of the control group and the total negative conversion rate of observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of Western medicine treatment,supplementing kidney, activating blood and eliminating dampness method could improve the level of sex hormones,reduce adverse reactions and increase the chance of conception.
