摘要

男性生殖泌尿系统解脲支原体感染是常见的生殖系统疾病,严重危害男性健康,甚至可导致感染性不育。本文基于中医"阴平阳秘"理论,认为本病素体肾阴虚是其本质,湿热瘀滞、结于下焦是其根本病因病机,治疗上应采用滋阴补肾、清热利湿、解毒化浊法。
        Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection is a common reproductive system disease, which seriously endangers men's health, which can even lead to infective infertility. Based on the theory of "Yin Ping Yang Mi", this article believed that the nature of this disease was the kidney-yin deficiency, and the fundamental cause and pathogenesis was dampness-heat stasis. The treatment should be nourishing yin and kidney, clearing heat moisture, and turbidity detoxification.
