摘要
西他沙星是第四代喹诺酮类抗菌药物,D-3是其酸降解杂质中的一种。本研究通过制备性薄层色谱法分离在西他沙星合成过程中产生的D-3,并用核磁共振氢谱(~1H-NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(~(13)C-NMR)和核磁共振二维相关谱~1H-~1HCOSY、DEPT135、HSQC、HMBC对分离的D-3进行结构归属解析。
Sitafloxacin is the fourth-generation quinolone antibacterial agent and its substance D-3 is one of the degradation impurities. The D-3 produced in the synthesis was isolated by preparative thin-layer chromatography and its structure was elucidated using ~1H-NMR, ~(13)C-NMR, ~1H-~1HCOSY, DEPT135, HSQC and HMBC.
