摘要
人工全髋关节置换(THA)作为一种经典的治疗髋关节疾病的手术方式,如今已得到了充分发展,其令人满意的疗效主要表现在缓解髋关节疼痛及恢复髋关节功能方面。而尽可能精确的重建患者的髋关节是THA乃至其翻修术成功的关键,因此术前设计对手术的指导意义值得重视[1]。从传统胶片模板到数字化模板的进步,实现了平面术前设计的个性化,近年来3d打印技术和骨科导航手术的出现也使得外科医生进行高难度的THA以及复杂的翻修术前能有充分的准备。
        Total hip arthroplasty(THA) has been fully developed as a classic operation method which is used to treat hip diseases.this operation dose have a satisfactory curative effect on relieving hip pain and reinstating hip function.obviously,rebuilding the patient's hip joint as accurately as possible is THA and its revision operation's key to success.so, the preoperative design has great significance in guiding the operation.from traditional film template to digital template, the plane preoperative design had been personalized.in recent years, the emergence of 3 d printing technology and computer assisted orthopedic surgery(CAOS) allows surgeons to prepare difficult THA and complex revision operation more adequately.
