摘要
预测微生物学是由计算机、微生物与统计学等学科综合而成的一种新型学科,主要利用数学语言对微生物生长与死亡规律进行预测、描述。荧光定量PCR主要利用荧光信号对聚合酶链式反应进程进行监测,通过标准曲线定量分析位置模板。本文主要对荧光定量聚合酶链式反应技术进行研究,并对其在预测微生物学中运用进行分析,以供相关人士参考。
Predictive microbiology is a new kind of discipline, which is composed of computer, microorganism and statistics. It mainly uses mathematical language to predict and describe the law of microbial growth and death. Fluorescence quantitative PCR mainly uses fluorescence signal to monitor the process of polymerase chain reaction and quantitative analysis of position template by standard curve. In this paper, the technology of fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQPCR) is studied,and its application in predictive microbiology is analyzed for the reference of relevant people.
