专利价值影响因素及企业专利价值分级评估管理的探讨

摘要
如何盘活体量巨大、蕴含了丰富技术创新与市场竞争信息的专利权资源,筛选出高价值专利,是企业面临的有效管理专利资产、实现专利资产分级评估与运用的重要课题。本文阐述了专利价值及其影响因素,通过比较研究国内外各种专利价值评估方法体系,探索了适合企业开展专利价值分级评估管理的流程、指标体系、评估模式,为企业建立适合自身特点的专利价值评估方法、专利资产管理、专利运用提供了有意义的参考。
How to activate the patent resources which contain abundant information of technological innovation and market competition and screen out high-value patents is an important issue for enterprises to effectively manage patent assets and realize the graded evaluation and utilization of patent assets. This paper surveys the patent value and its influencing factors. By comparing and studying various patent value evaluation methods to discuss the evaluation process, evaluation factor system and evaluation mode suitable for enterprises to carry out graded patent value evaluation management, which provides meaningful guide for enterprises to establish patent value evaluation methods, patent asset management and patent utilization that suit their own mode.
